Pole fitness is a total body work out that is fun and really gets results.

It tones and strengthens your whole body, develops your co-ordination, improves your stamina, helps burn lots of calories and even flattens your tummy. Using a pole to get fit has never been so much fun, and is highly addictive,you wont even realise you're having a workout.

Pole Pop Pole Fitness classes offer an encouraging and supportive environment to have fun, make new friends and get fit! In class you will learn spins, tricks and muscle strength endurance exercises on the pole. There is a maximum of 3 students per pole so you recieve the ultimate amount of practice time. 5 week courses are £50 and require advance booking, for any questions or to secure your spot, please email polepoppolefitness@yahoo.com.
