This eight-week course is for anyone new to yoga or looking to develop deeper knowledge. Starting at the beginning: we will explore how yoga benefits the mind and body:

  • Learn and develop yoga poses that increase strength and flexibility
  • Discover how working with the breath improves concentration
  • Experience deep relaxation and practise the skills that help to ease tension and decrease stress.
