Transformational Hatha Yoga is a powerful gentle practice which combines Hatha asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), mantra & meditation/mindfulness to achieve a balanced and energized effect.

The combination of these techniques has the ability to transform at the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual level.

Transformational Hatha Yoga can help to improve posture, balance, health, strength, energy and relieve tention.
