Adult Pointe Class
When: Friday 9.00 pm - 9.30 pm
The adult pointe class will work on strengthening the ankles and core stability muscles. It incorporates the fundamentals at the barre, including rises, relevé, échappés, bourrée and poses. For those who have progressed sufficiently from barre, centre work on pointe is also included in the class. It is designed for those with ballet experience and with sufficient strength in their feet and ankles. Students workat various abilities in this class, therefore we adapt exercises for the barre and centre practice. (Please discuss this class with your teacher before starting the class).
