Ashtanga Shortform Yoga

Dynamic yoga postures to build strength in the body and bring quiet to a busy mind. This type of yoga can be used to improve fitness and muscle tone or as a pathway to meditation practice.Each movement is coordinated with the breath, stilling the mind and encouraging concentration.
This class is most suited to people with some experience of yoga or a moderate level of fitness.
This is a drop in class so no need to book
Cost: £6 (or £10 for both Ashtanga Shortform at 10am and Slow Yoga Flow at 11:15)
