"I have done Pilates for a few years but really felt the benefits on a whole new level after attending Barry's classes. He really looked after my shoulder complaint and after each class I felt stretched, refreshed and relaxed. I don't usually enjoy exercise but really enjoy Barry's classes, I can't recommend him enough!"
