This combines the Japanese massage arts of Anma and Shiatsu. The routine focuses on the upper and lower back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and head and involves specific ‘press and rub’ techniques along the body’s meridian lines and over 60 acupressure points.

It takes place in a specially designed chair and is carried out over clothes. This is not a diagnostic treatment but more of a general ‘tune up’. It will revitalise & tonify the whole body and at the end of the massage you should feel relaxed, energised and with a clearly focused frame of mind!
