Gestalt therapy works with the entirety of you. Your thoughts, feelings and your body. Placing equal importance on all three aspects of your being. When we work together, by paying attention to what your body says as well as the content of your speech, we can work at a very deep level of awareness regarding what it is like to be you in the world.

People find its 'here and now' approach very refreshing. The echoes of the past making their presence felt as we focus on what life is like for you in the present moment. Gestalt therapy is a very collaborative way of working together, allowing you to understand what your way of being in the world is like.

One of its central ideas is "You are something already. Become what you are." Once this idea is understood, people find it incredibly liberating and satisfying.
