Nia is a sensational dance-based fitness routine with essences from ancient body wisdom practices, includingtai chi andyoga, combined with jazz and modern dance moves. Nia works wonders on the mind, body, emotions & spirit!

Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring, eclectic music. Dance moves are simple to follow and can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.
