Gongsphere

When: Saturday evening

Gongsphere - epic sound immersion with Gong Master and sound healer Dylan George on the first Saturday of the month, except September 2019.

12 Planetary gongs, tuning forks, singing bowls and various pieces of percussion are used to create a mesmerising soundscape, for meditation, healing, and awakening. These powerful tones, frequencies, and vibrations will cleanse, clear, soothe and rejuvenate on the deepest cellular level. The mind can be stilled, tensions released, blockages cleared, and the body re-energized, by restoring it's natural energy flow. You will be left feeling clear, balanced and at peace.

Benefits can include;
- Deep relaxation - Reduce stress and anxiety levels - Better sleep patterns- Improved mental clarity and concentration - Quicker recovery from illnesses, wounds, and invasive medical treatments - Remove toxins - Awaken higher states of consciousness.

Gong Baths, Sound Meditations or Sound Massages create sound waves that wash through your whole being, altering brain patterns and help you enter a dreamlike, deep meditative state and bringing the body, mind, and heart into balance.

You will be lying on the floor on a yoga mat, with a pillow and blanket that are provided. Please feel free to bring your own or additional to make yourself more comfortable. If you have difficulty lying on the floor a reclining chair can also be provided with advance notice.
