Chair yoga has many benefits and removes one of the barriers to joining a yoga class - the worry of sitting on the floor! A chair is the perfect prop for anyone who would benefit from a comfortable seated position - for breathing practise and meditation, as well as increasing joint mobility and flexibility. It can be practised at any age, various levels of fitness, in a number of circumstances, different environments and incorporated in daily life - including the workplace.
