Tai Chi Chuan is a moving, meditativeexercise system for relaxation, health and self-defense. Enabling us to develop a healthy body as well as an alert mind. It is a system of exercise suitable for people of all ages.

The Tai Chi experience is a journey of healing, of meditation and interaction. We use the Tai Chi forms, simplified short form, traditional long form and other sequences, partner work and Chi Kung exercises to develop openess and connectedness. The choreography of the forms are like a slow martial art, the rhythms describe the ebb and flow of yin and yang energy. The five elements are evoked within the quality of movement as the forms unfold a story of change.
