My aim is to offer a safe, respectful, therapeutic space where you can explore your unique story. As adults, we sometimes find ourselves caught in old, repetitive patterns of behaviour, thoughts or feelings that are no longer helpful. Are you struggling with relationships? Do you feel lonely and crave meaningful connections? Do you feel anxious, not fully present, or dissatisfied? Perhaps you have never really felt listened to before or felt truly accepted?

My psychotherapy training is relational and developmental, integrating mind, body, and emotions so I can work with you in a way that suits your needs. I have the privilege of working alongside individuals with a wide range of personal and emotional challenges and from diverse backgrounds. As well as running my own therapy practice, I currently volunteer with a women’s counselling organisation and previously volunteered for a counselling charity specialising in health related issues. I am genuinely interested in people, their stories and the different ways we face life’s challenges. Outside of my therapy role I continue to seek out stories about our shared human experience in the form of fiction, poetry, dance, film and theatre.

I provide a free initial session for prospective clients and if we decide to work together, I offer in-person 60-minute sessions, creating a nurturing space where we can work at your pace, address challenges, gain insights, and foster positive changes in your life.

I am a member of both UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and SCPTI (Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute) and I am committed to their ethical and professional principles.
