Melanie is a fully qualified Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, gaining her Bachelor of Science Honors degree from the prestigious Northern College of Acupuncture in the City of York.

Melanie is a British Acupuncture Council registered practitioner.

Therapies she provides include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, Gua-sha, Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary advise and remedial massage.

Melanie is passionate about the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy of treating the root cause of many diseases and disorders, not just the presenting symptoms and seeks to treat the whole person from a holistic approach.

Melanie has a special interest in helping to support cancer patients during and after their treatments with acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies and can connect from a personal level, providing a safe place to speak freely about any concerns.
