Healing Meditation

In this healing meditation class, we will enter into the profound silence of our being, where true healing can take place.

We will begin by becoming present, simply feeling the sensations of the body and the breath. From here, we will naturally begin to sense the deeper stillness that is always here, beneath the surface noise of the mind.

Through the practice of softening into this stillness, we will discover a natural sense of peace and spaciousness, which can help us release the knots of the mind and open us to the fullness of our being.

We will learn to meet all our experiences with openness, curiosity, and compassion, allowing them to be exactly as they are without resistance or judgement.

As we deepen our connection to this inner peace, we will also become more attuned to the natural wisdom that arises from within. We will begin to trust our intuition, recognizing that it is the voice of our true nature speaking to us. This trust can help us move through life with greater ease and grace, even in the face of challenging circumstances.

Ultimately, the healing meditation class is an invitation to rest in the timeless presence of our true self, which is always here, beyond the ups and downs of life. Through this direct experience of our essential being, we can awaken to the freedom, love, and joy that are our birthright.

Classes run on Mondays & Thursdays 5.45pm – 6.45pm. Cost is £6 per class. All levels of experience are welcome. For comfort and ease, we sit together on chairs in a circle.
