Yin Yoga

Yin yoga offers an opportunity to significantly improve flexibility while relaxing deeply. The seated and lying postures are held for longer than in other forms of yoga giving muscles and connective tissues time to stretch. This is a wonderful form of yoga if you have tension, back pain, neck and shoulder tightness or one of those chattering minds that is hard to switch off. Suitable for all.
