Sound Healing

Sound Healing Therapy uses aspects of music to improve physical and emotional wellbeing. Some of the instruments used in Sound Healing may include: voice, singing bowls, tuning forks, pan flute, harp, and drums.

Both a passive and participatory experience, you become more open and aware with each sound that is made in the duration of the session. Sound helps create the pathway to the place of stillness and brings you to the still point of meditation.

Believed to relieve certain ailments such as anxiety and insomnia, Sound Healing is used to relax the mind and body. Sound Healing practitioners say that through the therapy, blood circulation is improved through lowering blood pressure and reducing respiratory rates.
