Ashtanga Short Form

Ashtanga is a traditional and challenging form of yoga that requires a reasonable level of fitness. This is a led class so each posture is described and demonstrated making it suitable for those with some yoga experience who are curious about the Ashtanga sequence. This form of yoga requires a bit of stamina but don’t let that put you off. It also helps you feel superhuman.
