Wendy teaches yoga classes welcoming beginners, as well as students wishing to develop their practice. She believes that yoga and meditation can bring life changing benefits and encourages people of all ages to explore what yoga has to offer the mind, as well as the body. You will be joining a friendly, supportive class and will have the opportunity to join workshops, training and retreats that Wendy runs from Millers Yard. Wendy has experience working in mental health, corporate yoga and runs accredited yoga teacher training in York.
