Practitioners & Teachers
With over six years of experience across the NHS, private, and charity settings, I am committed to providing tailored, effective care that respects the unique journeys of adults from diverse backgrounds. My experience spans humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches, including techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
I support adults dealing with various challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, work-related stress, and specialise in managing long-term physical health conditions and chronic pain. I also offer support through significant life transitions like retirement, relocation, cultural adjustment, and life stages such as menopause, and aging.
The foundation of my practice lies in building a strong therapeutic relationship within a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. This space is dedicated to nurturing clients’ self-awareness and understanding, empowering them to navigate relationships, overcome personal challenges, and strengthen their resilience.
